Sea freight takes 6–8 weeks from departure.
Sea departures are monthly, on the 2nd Saturday of every month. Cargo cutoff is 5 days before departure.
Air freight takes 7–10 business days, with weekly departures.
Yes — we offer pickup services across the USA for an additional fee based on distance and volume. Contact us with your pickup address for a quote.
We ship from anywhere in the USA to Kenya. Drop off your cargo at our U.S. receiving point, or arrange a pickup.
Kamakis, Ruiru. Door-to-door delivery within Nairobi is available for $80.
We call the recipient when the shipment is ready for pickup or out for delivery.
Insurance is optional: 2% of declared value for general cargo, 5% for electronics, and 10% for TVs.
Payment is due when you hand us your goods at our U.S. drop-off point, before shipping. No deposit and no payment are required at booking. Invoices are marked DUE ON DROP-OFF.
